Carte Blanche Greetings are the creators of the lovable 'Tatty Teddy' and 'Me to You' brand amongst a whole host of other characters, greetings cards and gift ranges.
As a Graphic Designer for Carte Blanche I work on a whole range of different projects from creating moodboards and concepts for new seasonal ranges (Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc.) to POS, packaging, plush and gift visuals.
It is my job to take the Artists' character artwork and amend the colours and content of their artwork to compliment each seasonal range.
As a Graphic Designer I am responsible for working alongside the Artists, Project Managers and Directors to create seasonal concepts that are then critiqued, refined and then applied to greetings cards, POS, packaging, gift items and plush.
Above you can see a double page advert designed for the June 2010 Focus On Cute supplement of Progressive Greetings magazine. The main focus of the advertisement was to showcase the Me to You family of brands and promote its current success in the Greetings industry.
